If you receive your product you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you are eligible to return and/or exchange it if it has not been worn yet. We stand behind the quality and integrity of all our products. However, we do not guarantee and cannot replace products that have been worn, any damaged missing lost stone caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.
